Sopa de galets, carn d'olla and canalones

Here you can see the "sopa de galets".
It's a soup taht you make with galets.






It's the meat that you put to make
the soup of galets. You separate
it and you can eat it.







It is called " Canalons". It is a roll of pasta
with meat inside and a cream that is called
"bechamel". Finally, you put grated cheese
and put in the oven.
